The SideWinder foldout handle is ergonomically designed for both right-handed and left-handed use. Just plug the adapter cable into your cell phone’s charge port and turn the handle in either direction with either hand. Oh, and there is also a powerful light that provides 5 minutes of high intensity LED light after only 30 seconds of cranking.

SideWinder comes with a main cable and 4 different adapters that will fit most popular models of: Nokia, Motorola, Ericsson, Audiovox, and Kyocera/Samsung. The list of all models covered by these adapters is way too long for this page – 90% of all cell phones on the market --but if you want to be sure your model is compatible, email us before ordering and we’ll email the list to you. (We do not stock adapters, but additional adapters are available directly from the manufacturer.)

Note: we recommend that SideWinder be used to charge a cell phone before the battery is completely dead. Phone batteries respond much better to charging at ‘low battery’…you can charge a dead phone, but it takes a long while to bring back a totally dead battery.

Please Note: Adaptor tip for Motorola RAZR style phones - If you are a Verizon customer and using the Verizon interface for your Motorola phone (not the Motorola interface) the charger will not work.
