All you need to add is water, and you’re good to go. Three days’ worth of three full meals each day and only 3 pounds total. It really pays to be prepared.

Total dry weight is 3 pounds. Seven year shelf life.

Just add ambient temperature clean (potable) water. Increases water temp about 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remember, each oven is good for 5 uses (5 cooked meals). In each 72-hr food kit there are 11 pouches that require cooking. You may want to order more than one oven per kit.
